Animal Control

The mission of the City of Livingston Animal Control Division is to ensure the well-being of both animals and residents of our community by delivering high quality, responsive and cost effective animal control services. Our mission is accomplished by enforcing animal control laws, promoting responsible pet ownership through outreach and education, and providing compassionate services to animals and their owners.
