Project Submission Form -100 Hours of Volunteer Service

This Form is for agencies wishing to submit a project for the Livingston Centennial 100 Hours of Volunteer Service. Each project must have a project manager to supervise the work being done by the volunteers. Each participant must sign a release of liability when they register for the program so a staff volunteer or Recreation staff will be onsite with the emergency book and check in log.

It is expected from the requesting agency to have all the supplies needed to complete the project. Volunteers can be asked to bring gloves, rakes those kinds of items. Please keep in mind the kinds of projects we are looking for are things a family could pitch in and do. Major construction or demolition projects are not appropriate for this program. We also ask that no toxic Chemicals or any dangerous machinery be used or operated by the volunteers..
